When taking this self portrait, my main concept was how I wanted to go into 2022. One aspect of my life that I want to keep in mind within the new year is spirituality. With all of the devastating world news and my own personal troubles, actively reaching for positivity has become an important practice every day. By reaching for the moon in this portrait, I am symbolizing success, with a bright future ahead.
